Trained in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), he has worked extensively with high-pressure decision-making, performance breakdowns, and the psychology of risk and impulse. His dual experience, on the track at over 200 km/h and in clinical intervention, gives him a unique perspective on how the human mind performs, collapses, and recovers under pressure.
